Advance sales for all of the Berliner Philharmoniker Foundation’s events between April and June begin on 15 February 2026 at 11 am – online, by phone, and at the box office.
Spring begins with a major highlight for the Berliner Philharmoniker. The orchestra will return to the Salzburg Easter Festival and the launch of Wagner’s Ring of the Nibelung cycle, to be continued over the coming years under the direction of chief conductor Kirill Petrenko.
The orchestra will perform Das Rheingold in concert in Berlin in early April, featuring, among others, Christian Gerhaher – appearing for the first time in the role of Wotan. In April, conductor Mirga Gražinytė-Tyla also makes her debut with the Berliner Philharmoniker.
We also welcome guest conductors Herbert Blomstedt, Klaus Mäkelä, Yannick Nézet-Séguin, Semyon Bychkov, Jakub Hrůša, Franz Welser-Möst and Gustavo Dudamel.
In the Chamber Music Hall, the Berliner Philharmoniker Ensembles series continues, with Shostakovich and Schoenberg performed by the Varian Fry Quartet, and a humorous programme with a musical wine-tasting presented by Ensemble Wien.
