For health reasons, violinist Janine Jansen is unable to perform with the Karajan-Akademie of the Berliner Philharmoniker on 8 March. She has expressed her sincere regret.
Her part in Ludwig van Beethoven’s Septet in E flat major will be performed by Christophe Horák, principal of the second violins with the Berliner Philharmoniker. The Karajan-Akademie is extremely grateful to him for stepping in at such short notice.
The programme therefore remains unchanged.
