Everything in one place: box office and subscription service under one roof New opening hours from 17 August
We’ve expanded our service: from now on, we’re here for you from Mon to Sat, 12:00 to 18:00, both by phone and in person at the Philharmonie. We’re bringing our ticket and subscription service together in one place – directly at the Philharmonie Berlin. The service previously based on Potsdamer Straße is moving to the Main Auditorium box office. There, and by phone, we’re happy to help with ticket purchases and with any questions you may have. The evening box office opens, as usual, one hour before the start of each performance.

Daytime and external events box office: Mon–Sat: 12:00–18:00, closed on all public holidays
Evening box office: one hour before the performance begins
