Experience four Sundays filled with emotion, imagination and virtuosity at the Philharmonie Berlin with our family concerts! From brilliant chamber music performed by members of the Berliner Philharmoniker to the grand finale featuring the full orchestra under the baton of Chief Conductor Kirill Petrenko – this series has something for everyone.

These concerts introduce children aged six and over to the world of classical music, offering fresh perspectives for all generations. Lively, interactive stories and playful insights into the musical score foster a deeper understanding of what lies beneath the surface of classical works. At every moment, the joy of music takes centre stage.

The first concert promises a festive atmosphere with members of the Berliner Philharmoniker, followed in January by a musical journey into the world of artist Paul Klee, with actor Rufus Beck as our guide. Excitement builds with Peter and the Wolf, while the fourth concert brings laughter with the clumsy antics of Pulcinella.

Subscribers to this series receive a free seasonal programme booklet accompanying the four family concerts. With child-friendly texts and creative activities, it invites young listeners to explore the music before and after the concert.
