The combination of organ and brass has long been a favourite in the concert hall. Wayne Marshall, familiar to Berliner Philharmoniker audiences as both conductor and pianist, now appears at the Philharmonie organ. In this programme, he is joined by the orchestra’s brass players. Together, they perform music inspired by great choral works.
