Info

Mystic, scholar, composer and nun, Hildegard von Bingen was one of the most extraordinary figures of the Middle Ages. This Late Night explores her music. Her sacred chants are melodically expansive, unusually expressive for their time, and remain deeply compelling today. Modular synthesizer artist Heinali and singer Andriana-Yaroslava Saienko translate Hildegard von Bingen’s medieval visions into the musical language of our own time.
