Be Phil Orchestra“It is the most wonderful thing to share music with others who are passionate about it.”

Music-lovers rehearsed and performed with the Berliner Philharmoniker. At the Easter Festival Salzburg, it was Be Phil once again. Amateur musicians from nine countries came together to study Mozart’s Sinfonia concertante for winds and Dvořák’s Eighth Symphony with the Berliners. The final rehearsals and the concert were led by Tugan Sokhiev, a highly valued partner of the Berliner Philharmoniker.

In our video, we spoke with participants, orchestra members, and Tugan Sokhiev about high expectations, inspiring rehearsals, and the unique connection that grew from a shared passion for music.
