As well as participating in the tour's twelve acclaimed concerts, more than thirty musicians took part in the Education & Outreach Programme: from performances in nurseries and schools to masterclasses, meet and greets and rehearsal visits, as well as moderated concerts in children’s homes, care homes and community centres, plus side-by-side projects with the National Youth Orchestra of Taiwan, the inclusive Tokyo Children’s Ensemble and a school marching band.
