Everything you need to know
When: flexible time (subject to availability), registration at least 10 days in advance.
Duration: approx. 1 hour
Group size: up to 20 people, from the 21st person onwards a new group is formed
Minimum age for school groups: from grade 7
Languages: German or English: German or English, other languages on request
Meeting point: Artists’ Entrance Great Hall of the Philharmonie, Potsdamer Straße.
Accessibility: Please note that you will have to climb many stairs in the Philharmonie. Unfortunately, our guided tours are not suitable for visitors with limited mobility.
Luggage storage: For security reasons, no luggage may be taken into the Philharmonie. Bulky luggage such as suitcases or large backpacks can be stored in the lockers at Potsdamer Platz station (centre plane opposite the The Playce Berlin entrance and exit).

Prices and cancelation
The prices refer to groups of up to 20 people, from the 21st person onwards a new group will be formed.
- Group prize: 80 € normal rate / 40 € educational institutions
- Addtional admission per person
- 10 € (normal rate)
- 5 € (students, trainees, severely disabled persons, with berlinpass; proof to be presented on site)
- admission for children and schoolchildren is free of charge.
- For a free cancellation of a booked tour, the cancellation must be received by email five working days in advance. After that, the group fee plus a handling fee of 15 € must be paid. This also applies to non-scheduled school groups.
