The new VeloStage

In Berlin and on tour, we create encounters for creative exchange. We believe that great concerts can change the way people perceive the world. The Berliner Philharmoniker bring together musicians from almost 30 nations and give concerts all over the world. Whether in New York, Shanghai, Baden-Baden or Salzburg, from master classes and children’s operas to workshops and concerts in social institutions, our musicians are also ambassadors for classical music wherever they are.

The Berliner Philharmoniker will have plenty of music on board when they set off on chamber music trips with their new VeloStage from May 2022. In this way, the orchestra’s activities will also be made accessible to those who cannot attend concerts in the world’s concert halls.
