Biennale of the Berliner Philharmoniker

Late Night: The beautiful, old songs

Tim Fischer (photo: Sebastian Busse)

As part of our Biennale, which is dedicated to the art and music of the 1950s and 60s, chansonnier Tim Fischer and his pianist Thomas Dörschel are finally back on stage together after many years and allow themselves a musical look back at that time.

From their programmes "Na so was", "Lieder eines armen Mädchens" (Friedrich Hollaender), "Walzerdelirium" and others, they pick the most beautiful chanson pearls of the post-war period and create a wild mix that once again proves the magic and timelessness of these beautiful songs.
