Organ and brass with music from the Baroque to Modernism

Sebastian Heindl is one of the most interesting organists of our time. In this concert, the young artist appears with the Brass Ensemble of the Berliner Philharmoniker. A splendid combination, in which the majestic sonorities of the organ form an exciting synthesis with the brilliant sound of the brass. The programme includes arrangements of symphonic works by Wagner, Gershwin and Dukas. In addition, Sebastian Heindl will be heard as soloist in organ works by Bach, Saint-Saëns and Sigfrid Karg-Elert.
