Programme

This concert is the continuation of the Mahler Chamber Orchestra’s Mozart focus that began on 8 November. They will play his last three symphonies, ones the composer himself recorded in his list of works in the summer of 1788 but whose premieres he did not live to hear. Sir Simon Rattle, a true Mozart expert, will conduct and you will have an opportunity to gain fascinating new insights into the last three symphonies of this composer, a man who shaped an epoch.
