North America tour in winter 2016 with Sir Simon Rattle

On their last trip to North America with Sir Simon Rattle as chief conductor, the Berliner Philharmoniker not only stopped off in New York as is usual, but also in Canada and California. The evening of the election of Donald Trump as president made a deep impression.
