Since the start of the concert season 2009/10 the Berliner Philharmoniker Foundation is offering programme notes not only in German but also in English. This new service applies to all orchestral concerts by the Berliner Philharmoniker. The English text sheets – a slightly abridged version of the German booklet text – can be obtained free of charge from the volunteers (dressed in pale blue shirts) in the foyer of the Philharmonie.
The English version is also available on our website: you’ll find it either under the respective date in the „Concerts“ section or in the „Magazine“ section.
