Eva-Maria Tomasi

Eva-Maria Tomasi completed her studies with Sandor Végh with distinction at the Salzburg Mozarteum. From 1981 to 1986 she was a member of the Salzburg Camerata Academica, with whom she also appeared as soloist. Before joining the Berliner Philharmoniker, she further refined her skills with Toru Yasunaga in the orchestra’s Academy. She plays in the Philharmonic String Soloists and the Philharmonic Capriccio. In her free time she enjoys hiking, skiing and cycling.
