- 1997 to 2003: Manager of the Mahler Chamber Orchestra
- 2003 to 2008: Orchestra manager at Hessischer Rundfunk
- 2008 to 2013: Head of music at Hessischer Rundfunk
- 2013 to 2017: Manager of the four NDR orchestras and the NDR concert series
- General manager of the Berliner Philharmoniker Foundation as of 2017/2018 season
