On the move

In the series of “Kofferkonzerte” - “On the move”, musicians of the Berliner Philharmoniker undertake musical excursions to various social institutions in Berlin and OnTour to guest performance venues, because the orchestra’s musical activities should also be accessible to those individuals unable to attend concerts in the Philharmonie. To this end we seek to present music outside the walls of the concert hall at such diverse venues as residential facilities for seniors, hospitals and prisons, in order to make connections on different levels through musical encounters.
