SONGS – Rilke

During the text and music workshops, the students explore the individuality and beauty of Rilke texts and the setting by Anton Webern, whilst developing their own texts to the themes reflected in the two poems. Exploring tonalities and instrumental colours will underlie the creative approach to exploring the various ways to set poetry and texts to music.
