REMIX – Presentiment

School classes of varying ages will take part in this project based on Thomas Adès’s new composition for the Berliner Philharmoniker. With only the score available to work from, students will, with the composer’s help, examine his preoccupations and approach to the new piece. This highly creative project in the schools will entail remixing a composition that has yet to be heard: A remix, or “presentiment” of what’s to come.
