Open Monday to Friday from 3 pm to 6 pm; Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 11 am to 2 pm (except for 24, 25 and 31 December and 1 January und 1 May). The box office is open from 2 pm – 6 pm on Tuesdays when a Lunchtime Concert takes place.
The evening box office opens 90 minutes prior to the beginning of each concert.

Please note: For written orders, only a limited number of tickets will be allocated. Because of high demand, unfortunately not all written ticket requests can be filled. Bookings will be processed in the order received.
In case the entire contingent for written orders has already been sold, it will still be possible to purchase tickets for an event on the respective advance-sale days: from 8 am online, from 9 am by phone on 030.254 88-999, or from 11 am in person from the box office (Herbert-von-Karajan-Str. 1, 10785 Berlin).
Additional note: There is a fee of Euro 2.00 per ticket on all internet, telephone and written bookings.
