Together, we make future-oriented initiatives possible, such as the Digital Concert Hall, a virtual auditorium on the Internet. This is where classical music lovers from every corner of the globe can experience the Berliner Philharmoniker live in brilliant picture and sound quality. The Digital Concert Hall transcends national borders and overcomes social barriers, providing people of all ages and backgrounds with a new perspective on classical music.

Thanks to their music education programme sponsored exclusively by Deutsche Bank, the Berliner Philharmoniker have long been successful in introducing classical music to children and young people of various social backgrounds. Through the imaginative interaction with music and dance, participants learn to develop their own individual creativity. To date, more than 18,000 young people have taken this path of selfdiscovery. The Berliner Philharmoniker’s educational programme is an impressive example of how the doors to the world of classical music are open to everyone, making it possible to embark on a fascinating journey of discovery – including one’s own individual talents and abilities.
